This photo-mosaic is one in a series of "travel posters" that I have made to document and celebrate my trips abroad. Since Scotland's fabric is the plaid, I thought it would be a suitable format for the composition. The colors were suggested by the landscape, and the intermixing of water and sky everywhere I went. The views included are from the Highlands, and the Isle of Skye, one of the most beautiful and remote places I have ever been.
